Start a Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. We extend this to 30 days, provided the products are returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

As products are sold as mystery blind-box items, the nature of the mystery reveal means that once a product has been opened and the contents revealed, the product cannot be returned solely on the basis that you are dissatisfied with the character or variant received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
